"Good shoes, slower refund than expected"
The shoes themselves were totally fine, but I ended up returning them. Compared to other stores I’ve ordered from, the refund felt slow since it took almost two weeks to come through. Customer support did respond when I reached out, which I appreciated, but I just wish the whole process had been a bit quicker.

I’ve been buying Converse for years, so I kind of knew what to expect. The shoes showed up in good condition and everything felt normal for a brand I already trust. Support did take a bit longer than I would’ve liked, and from their replies I got the feeling they were just busy rather than ignoring me. Overall, still a solid experience.

"Easy to Shop, But Stock Was Frustrating"
I’ve always liked converse, and the website itself was simple to use, so that part felt fine. But it was disappointing seeing so many of the colors and sizes I wanted out of stock. I checked back a few times hoping I’d get lucky, but I still couldn’t grab my first choice. It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, just frustrating because I already had my mind set on what I wanted.

I got emails whenever my order moved, and the tracking link actually worked fine, which was nice. One of the updates showed up a little late, I think, but overall I pretty much knew where my shoes were the whole time

I ordered these from converse.com the color was exactly like the product photos. No dramatic plot twist when I opened the box, no mysterious shade that looked totally different in person. They showed up looking just how I expected, which made choosing them way less stressful. Happy with the whole thing.

I reached out to Converse support with a quick question they got back to me fast. I was expecting to wait a while, but nope, they actually answered clearly and it fixed what I needed. It was just nice to get a real response without, you know, sitting around forever

I got my Converse last week and I’ve been wearing them almost every day since. They’re light, comfortable, and they don’t rub my feet like some new shoes can. I took a short walk in them the first day, just to be sensible, and had no pain at all. Happy with them so far.

"Good value for Chucks"
Ordered from CONVERSE and had a solid experience. The price felt fair for what you’re getting, and my Chucks showed up fast looking just like the photos. They usually last me a long time, so I don’t mind spending a little more than I would on cheaper shoes. I also got a small discount, which definitely helped. Overall, I’d say it was worth it

I ordered these from CONVERSE and the fit was just what I expected. I’m always a little nervous buying shoes online because sizing can be hit or miss, but my usual size worked out perfectly. They felt a bit stiff on the first day, which is normal, but they weren’t tight or slipping around. The size guide was helpful, and the delivery came when I expected it to. Based on my experience, I’d definitely order my regular size again.
